Yes, there are 2 quests in Runescape, when used in conjunction, will make you plenty of money, with nearly NO Effort at all on your part
And here is how it goes
PART 1
1) Quests Required:
Although Royal Trouble, is not necessarily required, with out, you will make a lot less cash, as you have 5 less workers ( workers explained later )
After you complete the quests, you will have to talk to advisor ghimm, to manage your kingdom.

When you talk to him, once the quest is completed, it will bring up this menu.

Select the First Option , How is the kingdom faring
This will bring you towards the kingdom management menu.
Here you come up to the first important issue in kingdom management
Your Approval Rating

Simply put, every day a certain amount of money is withdrawn from your kingdoms coffers ( explained later ) and is used to gather items for you. If you approval is 100%, then all the money is used to gather items, and none is wasted.
WIth a 90% approval, 10% of the money is wasted.
When you complete the quests, you approval rating will be around 20%
While there are many ways to get approval rating up, the best is to cut Maples for Lumberjack Leif, as its the easiest way to get your approval rating up.

When you get your approval to 100%, you will get a message like this.
At this point, you can move to the next step.
Investing money in your kingdom, and reaping the rewards.

This is the main Screen, which i will explain now
1) The Coffers
This is basically your Kingdoms treasury. Unfortunatly, you cant just pull out your whip and beat your workers, but have to pay them. To do this, you must invest money into your kingdom, to get the process started.
I reccomend Investing 1500k for the first time:
If you have full workers, this will give you 10 days of full production, at 75k per day. ( each day is 75k, or 10% of your coffer )
NEVER LET YOUR COFFERS FALL BELOW 750K. If this happens, you only spend 10% of the remaining amount, meaning you will not get as much from your kingdom.

2) WORKERS: Workers are the lifeblood of your kingdom, as they gather items for you. After completing both quests, you have 15 workers at your disposal. Each worker is paid 5k per day for there services, for a total of 75k expenses per day, at full worker capacity. Remember to keep your approval over 90%, or workers wont work very hard for you.
You are able to keep workers idle, and keep costs down, but remember you wont make as much money that way.
3) REWARDS!!: Now comes the good part. What does your kingdom get you ?
The answer is, anything !!..... well not really, but you can get seeds, herbs, flax, cooked and raw fish, coal and gems, maples and nests, rare wood and nests.
With all this, how will you make money the best way.
in my experiance, this is the proper break down
FULL WORKERS ON MAPLES!: This is the best way to go, as it gets you around 850-900 maples per day, as well as 8-10 bird nests.
REST ON COAL: This will get you around 250 coal per day, and 2-3 gems
or
FULL MAPLES
THE REST ON FLAX OR HERBS
So how much do you really make on this ?
Here is a breakdown of the kind of money you can make
900 maple - 80 to 100 each = 72k to 90k a day.
YOU ALREADY MADE BACK YOUR INVESTMENT !!
10 bird nests = 20k cash crushed
6-7 tree seeds can net anywhere from 15k to 200k a day, if you get some yews of magic seeds in there.
250 coal = 180 each = 45k + gems
So add it all together, and you are making around 120-160k a day, NOT INCLUDING TREE SEEDS for a 75k a day investment.
All in all, you are looking at an easy 1mill+ a week, with no effort at all on your part.
Simply go to miscelania every few days, collect your goods, cut some more maples to keep your approval up, and cash out
